PENTACICLINA CREAM

It is a very new product with exceptionally soothing, calming, anti-redness prerogatives.
Pentaciclin is made up of a mixture of active ingredients each of which is amply tested
on an international scale that it has brought more than extraordinary results in relationits use.
Active ingredients: INIPHASE: it is made up of flavonoids (Puerarin , Diazein and Diadzin)
obtained from Kudzu extract. DEFENSIL : it is a mixture of Beta-Sistosterol, Campesterol,
Stigmasterol, Ester Triglycen containing all the polinsaturated fat acids (EFA's) .
All the components of Pentaciclin are of natural origin and scientifically tested both for their
worthiness in the performed action and for their safety.
They act on the inflammatory chain , first of all blocking the making of Arachidonic Acid (AA)
through the inhibition of the Phospholipase with INIPHASE and, afterwards stopping the action
of the 5 Lipoxygenase enzyme on AA, that it should entail the making of Leucotriene B4, through
the competitive action maccanism which involves the Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) contained in
DEFENSIL. EPA, contained in DEFENSIL, is a very good substrate for the 5 Lipoxygenase and it
competes with the Arachidonic Acid fo the use of that enzyme. That effect involves a reduced
synthesis of Leucotriene B4 and the synthesis of a new Leucotriene B5 , which it has not any
flogogenous effect. Pentaciclin has been submitted ,under the Colipa procedures, to allergologic
tests which do not present any negative data.
INDICATIONS: In all the situations where the skin needs strong soothing processes for cutaneous
disconfort and red and exfoliating skin. It can help in the treatment of psoriasis, atopic dermatitis,
allergy through contact, urticaria and all the pathologies of the skin which present phlogosis and
itchiness and as an alternative to all classic therapies.
